How's this all going to work? When will the coaching sessions be?
Once you've enrolled in The 5K Academy you'll receive confirmation of your spot, then as soon as enrolment closes on Oct 1st (or earlier if all the spots sell out!), I'll be in touch again with details of when the first coaching session is going to be. For each cohort, I try to arrange a time and date that suits the majority of students. For the first 3 weeks of the month there will be a weekly 1 hour coaching call hosted on Zoom, with the last week of each month reserved as an implementation week, or a well deserved break! Myself and the private student forum will be available daily if you ever need extra support or maybe even to share an exciting win!
All coaching sessions will be recorded so you never have to worry about missing a session :)
This programme contains a lot which I find a little overwhelming, how can I be sure I can do this?
This is what I can say for sure, my job is to take you step by step through everything. We'll have a whole 16 weeks together and you'll have daily access to support and encouragement so you'll never be alone. I know that when you look at a long list of 'what you need to do' it can feel overwhelming, and that's exactly why trying to go at it alone rarely works. Having a group of like minded women joining you and cheering you on, along with your expert coach (👋🏻💁♀️) I can assure you if you're willing to commit to the programme, you'll achieve everything in a way that feels so good you won't even realise you're conquering that big list!
Do I need any existing tech skills to pull this programme off?
Nope! One of my aims for this programme is to firstly be your supporting guide as we work through the objectives for our time together (which means lots of tech help!), as well as helping you to nurture a strong self reliance mindset that there's nothing you can't figure out. With a mindset like that, there'll never be a tech gremlin that holds you back again!
Life feels so crazy and uncertain right now, I'm worried that if I enrol I won't be able to keep up!
I know planning anything ahead of time feels like a scary notion right now. That's why every coaching session will be recording and uploaded to a special 5K Academy platform where you can access everything. That way if can't make a session you can catch up, and if you miss a few sessions or decide to pause and come back later, all the coaching sessions will be there waiting for you.
Will you be running The 5K Academy again?
Yes! The next launch is due for Sept 2022.
I'm new to the online business space, will this programme be too advance for me?
Not at all. The whole purpose of this programme is to ensure your business is built on solid foundations, and I'm here to walk you step by step through the process of doing that. As long as you're willing to learn and you're up for the challenge of figuring everything out as you go, this is where you need to be!
